Cosmic Quest is a technology-based competitive event covering coding, artificial intelligence, gadgets, and digital concepts. Participants will face a series of challenges that test their technical knowledge, logical thinking, and ability to solve problems under pressure.

The Five-Day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Advancement in Antenna Design and Optimization Using RIS, Metasurfaces for Defence and Stealth Applications” is organized by the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering, Kongu Engineering College, in association with IETE. The FDP focuses on the rapid development of intelligent, adaptive and stealth-enabled antenna technologies for wireless communication, radar and electronic warfare systems. It provides participants with theoretical foundations and practical exposure to Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces (RIS), metasurfaces, dynamic beam steering, Radar Cross Section (RCS) reduction, computational electromagnetic tools and advanced antenna design. The programme also covers applications in defence, aerospace and next-generation wireless systems, along with current research trends, real-world design challenges and emerging opportunities in the field.
